I started my career in large communication groups (Ogilvy, McCann) before founding with my partners a digital communication consulting agency and managing it for fifteen years.

With high experience in luxury, international, retail, cosmetics, food, insurance and banking, I have worked with many companies over the years. Political and complex environments, culture of results, collaboration with a diversity of profiles in organizations, experience of a business leader…

It is through all of these missions, in particular through individual support and group facilitation interviews, that my career as a coach was built.

Executive coach HEC Paris certified, I have a strong sensitivity to emotional intelligence and to the systemic and strategic approach.

I am an active member of the International Association of HEC Certified Coaches and of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
